Our headquarters in Dublin moves to a new office, very centrally located in the city centre. This year we double the number of colleagues and by December 31st we are almost 100! The departments are well defined, we created middle management layers, and there are bi-annual performance evaluations with all employees. Our teams are committed, productive and happy to be part of Aedgency.
We developed a complex behavioural targeting engine based on the consumer scoring system used by our email marketing and contextual offers divisions.
The consolidation of our new business structure takes place. Cashback, Email Marketing and Affiliation Platform solutions launched. Revenue = € 25+ million.

The year of the consolidation. We have a very well-rounded team of professionals and the hiring increases. It is decided to create an HR department. By the end of the year we are more than 40 employees!
We launched our exclusive cashback portal, including innovative toolbar technology and a website for the e-buyers community.
Revenue = € 11 million.

The start up phase is over. The business model is clear and mature. Experienced professionals join the company and the different departments are created using a functional point of view.
Favorit Network releases an application framework that allows product developers to build multiple software products faster and more efficiently.
Entered German, Spanish and Italian markets. Sales doubled, revenue total =€ 5.7 million.

Vincent (CEO) together with Sylvie (Head of Traffic Management) and others start to build the organization from the ground up.
We created a powerful tracking system which offers detailed statistics to Traffic Managers, divided by thematic categories.
Contextual advertising division launched. Entered French market. Revenue total = € 2.5 million.
